• We've helped our client register their telecommunication equipment and devices as Class A / Class B equipment and submit the Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity (SDoC) with the NBTC. 

Our role involved handling document preparation and communication with the officer. 

• In partnership with the accounting service provider, we have assisted our client in completing the company liquidation and dissolution process with the Department of Business Development (DBD).

Our services involved preparing board and shareholders' meeting documents, application forms, and submitting them for registration with the DBD.

Virtual Legal Assistance

• We facilitated an e-meeting between a foreign manufacturer of electrical appliances, an international laboratory, and Thai officials to discuss product testing aligned with Thai Industrial Standards. 

Our role involved interpretation between Thai and English languages, ensuring clear communication and understanding among all parties involved. 

• We conducted extensive research and guided our client in comprehending and complying with the regulatory requirements overseeing motor vehicles for hire and ride-hailing platform operations in Thailand. 

• We helped a client kickstart their business by customizing a confidentiality agreement. They brought a basic NDA template, and we made it specific to their needs, giving them solid protection for their important business info in dealings with suppliers. 

• We drafted a notice of termination of employees and novation documents for a Thai company, ensuring clear and effective communication with their customers.

• We assisted Thai companies with dividend payment and share transfer processes. 

Our services included preparing meeting documents, share transfer instruments, share certificates, and updating the share registration book to ensure compliance with company law requirements. 

• We drafted an employment contract template for a Thai company, tailored to align with their business practices and the nature of their employment. 

On-Site Legal Assistance 

• We assisted a wonderful couple—a foreigner and a Thai national—in registering their marriage at the Bang Rak District office. We acted as an interpreter and witness as required by the official to make sure everything went smoothly.
